1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used.

We only accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product was defective

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

To be eligible:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The product must include original tags, box, and invoice

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items on sale or part of a promotional offer

  • Free gifts or sample items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued through:

  • Original payment method (if available)

  • Store credit (if selected or applicable)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Provide order number and photos

We will replace the item at no extra cost or offer a refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed within 1 hour of placing the order.
After processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

For pre-paid orders, cancelled orders will be refunded within 5–10 business days.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product) → We cover the shipping cost

  • If the customer changes their mind → Customer must pay the return shipping fee

8. Exceptions for Local Laws

Some regions have specific consumer protection laws.
If applicable, we follow all local regulations for returns and refunds.
