This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take longer.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase and another email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery time varies based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Local / Domestic Deliveries: 2–5 business days

  • International Deliveries: 7–21 business days (if available)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes, customs fees, or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number (if supported by the courier)

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the courier fails to deliver:

  • They may attempt delivery again

  • They may contact you for instructions

  • The package may be returned after repeated failed attempts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not liable for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We may not be able to ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (depending on courier)

  • Certain remote or restricted regions

  • Countries with cosmetic product restrictions

If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you immediately.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

a. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  2. Contact us within 48 hours

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund

b. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes courier marks early)

  • Check with neighbors or building security

  • Contact the courier with your tracking number

If still unresolved, contact us and we will help investigate.

8. International Shipping (If applicable)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Local taxes

We cannot control customs delays or additional charges.

9. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your address:

  • Please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once shipping starts
